i work 3rd shift in a day shift focused part of the country! meaning all phone calls, appointments, etc. come in the middle of my night...and i get a LOT of "since your home during the day can you.....Therefore energy drinks have become part of my lunch (about 3 am). The Green monster, and the monster mocha java are the only 2 i can handle the taste of, and they give me enough buzz to make it through without making me jittery. Got a case at sams club for $30.00. Awesome! |

i have been drinking monster (GREEN) for a good while.i enjoy the buzz and the taste. i stopped drinking coffee and enjoyed drinking the monster energy better. i have done more than three cans a few times and enjoyed the beverage with little to no problem sleeping or relaxing later. i do wish the price would go down. at two to three dollars a crack is really very expensive. i have noticed all across the board cold drinks are getting too expensive @ all stores. a 10 cup bag of coffee may cost 55 cents per bag and they charge 1.99 for a sixteen oz beverage they make 16.00 or 15.45 per pot and i think if people would in general got there act together and stopped paying this price by boycotting these convience store thieves would knock it off. i have found a place to purchase monster (GREEN) for a 1.49 a can and it tastes just as good as the 1.99 one. ( MONSTER KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK) |

You can buy BULK cheaper price at COSTCO or Sams Club. If you buy one or two a day from your local 7-11 stores you will buy them for 2 or 3 bucks each.

i serve in the u.s. army, and currently i am over here in Iraq! My home station is in germany and i was there for about a year before deploying! While I did enjoy them as a volunteer @ L.A. GAY RODEO, I was surprised to find that supermarkets only sell them as individual cans @ $2 each (!!) not multi-packs.
That must be awfully expensive water they use in them to sell for that price, since the "Trace Elements" & flavoring can't be THAT expensive.

Unlike the children who post here, I'm a 40ish mother of 2 active little ones. This drink tastes great and gives me plenty of energy to keep up with the kids. I drink it instead of coffee. It's really refreshing when it's really cold. I only tried this b/c it was at at sample stand at a BJs wholesale store. I did not see the can until after I drank it. If anything needs to be changed its the look of the can. I would have never even attempted to try it by the looks of the can. I would have been missing out on a delicious drink! |

I have done some research on the ingredients in monster drinks, the sucralose {splenda} is very bad for you, even if it is passed by the FDA, does not mean any thing, the passed vioxx and 55,000 people died from taking it,I think companies should use the natural ingredient sugar that God made, we would all be better off. I use to buy your product every day but not anymore, and I will pass on this important info to all the people I know who drinks these harmful products, the same goes for apertame, the FDA approved that too and people are dying from that too. |

Monster, the blue kind, is probably the smoothest energy drink I have had. Although I don't think it is as concentrated as much as Red Bull, it tastes a lot better and you get more for your money as far as ounces go. I would choose Monster over Red Bull any day because when I pay over $2.00 for an energy drink, I want more than 8 ounces. If you want a kick without drinking much, go with Red Bull, but if you want something you can sit back and sip on for a while, definately go with Monster. |

This is by far the best of all drinks. The Assault version is even better. It has the best taste, the contents are a good selection of ingredients for vigor and energy. It doesn't have that nasty aftertaste that drinks like Rock Star and Full Throttle leave you for the rest of the day. |

This drink tasted like carbonated liquid candy. I tried it instead of my usual morning coffee, but yucko. I only choked down about half for the potential wake up. But the can has two servings which will also get you a whopping 200 calories (!) if you drink the whole thing. Sheesh, that's half a lunch worth. That would be NOT worth it in any of my worlds...blech. It was on sale. How bad could it be? Bad. |

I've been drinking Monster for about a year now. The taste is what gets me the most. I tried Coke's Full Throtle and that was too syrupy. Bawls was like watered down Sprite. And Red Bull was bull s***. I just think that the taste is very smooth and lasting. |

Be Careful with this product if you are going to take a drug test. It contains hydrocloride which is found in Prozac and others in that catagory. My boyfrien failed his drug test after drinking four cans. |

Its good...but not good enough..,...iI do believe that Bawls is better only becauseI'm almost immune to the monsters effect...all it does now is keep me awake....it doesnt do much.....but i drink like 2 or 3 energy drinks a day so......yeah its bad for me...but its good for my soul |

This drink is the hardest hitter we can get around here for LAN parties, it does well : ) Bawls comes in a close second just because people mix the two for a bigger buzz and better taste... Overall First time tasting this i wanted to hurl, but it gets better over time... |

I got this because they were out of AMP. The initial taste is really scary, and I almost dumped it out. The "first" aftertaste was really bad as far as aftertaste goes. Oddly, the "second" aftertaste that shows up in about 10 seconds isn't that bad. And after 15 seconds, all the horrible flavors abated enough to take another disgusting sip. (I still want the buzz!) |

I agree with matthew when he says that SOBE NO FEAR ROCKS!!! However, I must say that this stuff tastes like heaven on a stick. It reminds me of bubble gum almost. The can design is the most badass I have seen, and the lo-carb is excellent as well. mm mm mm.... |

For the past 7 years I have really been into coffee. I am strongly addicted to caffeine and have built up a great tolerance. So for me, this drink did not give me a "buzz". I have been looking for an alternative to coffee; something that is similar to soda and stronger than coffee. So I picked up Monster to try it out along with several other energy drinks. It is by far one of the worst things I have ever tasted. It tastes like cough syrup with sour apple flavor. I prefer SoBe Adrenaline Rush or Sobe No Fear because they have a smoother flavor. Also SoBe No Fear does not give me a buzz, but I have noticed at work I will stay motivated more and have more energy. So basically I think Monster sucks and SoBe No Fear rocks.
But hey, you have to try these things for yourself, just because it makes me gag doesn't mean you won't like it. |

I had my first taste of this today. I drank the one that is in the picture above actually, not too long after I took that picture. It tastes like Red Bull a bit - but not as bitter. I definitely feel more wiggy than when I had Red Bull. Maybe this has something to do with the size of the can. It's about twice as much as what's typically in Red Bull. Man, good tasting. Too bad I drank it so late in the afternoon. I'm never going to sleep... |
