What ratings mean and how we calculate them:
The Taste Rating is a value from 1 to 10 (1 being the yuckiest taste imaginable) entered by users of this web site to express their own opinion about the particular energy drink.
The Clarity Rating is a measure of clear thinking, awareness, or alertness that seems to be an effect of the energy drink (also a user submitted opinion in a scale of 1 - 10).
The Buzz Factor is how wiggy, freaky, jittery, or spastic one becomes when consuming this product. This rating is calculated separately from the Overall Rating due to that for some this is positive, and for some it is very negative. The Buzz Factor is calculated by the sum of all of the ratings entered for the Buzz Factor, then divided by the number of people that submitted the opinion.
The Overall Rating is the sum of all the Taste Ratings and Clarity Ratings, divided by the number of people who have submitted their opinions about that energy drink. |

This is a very good tasting energy drink. I could drink a gallon of it, but that wouldn't be a good idea. The mini-mart I frequent has it on tap--32 ounces for .89. What a deal. The only way to go. I just tried your diet citrus flavor and my goodness was it good I am excited to find a beverage that does not contain bubbles. I am a gastric bypass patient and I can not drink soda with carbination. There was no after taste and it was very thirst quenching. I would like to suggest that you change your lids. I unfortunately cut my hand in two places, trying to open this bottle. Please let me know what other diet drinks should be available. I shop mostly at Albertsons and got the opportunity to taste this drink at the Orange County Market Place 2 weekends ago. I had another of these this morning. It was great getting me to wake up and face the day (I was out of coffee creamer).

The picture above is from the one I drank yesterday. The effect it had on me in the late afternoon was so good that I bought another today to consume. It sits much better with me than coffee later in the evening when I'm working on a website or just playing around on the internet.
I like the taste for the most part, but there is a small dark after-taste that I'm not fond of. It's barely noticable after a few sips, but the first one or two makes me cringe slightly... but hey, like I said, I'm currently drinking the second one in two days, so I DO think it's good tasting and effective for increasing energy. | | |
