From working in customer service, technical support, network administration and giving my own go at self employment I can say for certain that the best I can give any customer from the sales perspective is prepared options.

For support, also I need the ready solutions to their questions and frustrations.

For the actual service, solid deployment.

I’m reorganizing every aspect of how I work to meet these goals.

I’m a writer of sorts (not the best, but I enjoy it), work part time doing a variety jobs depending on what week it is.  I like playing guitar, both rhythm and hook/lead.

At heart I am a business analyst and I’m pretty good at it.  Meaning, I like to make models of processes that are causing problems to come up with better alternatives to address business needs.
